Enquiries and attachments

When you submit an enquiry, we send your name, email, organisation, country, project details, contact permissions and attachments to our sales inbox. A phone number is required for quotes and optional for general enquiries. Phone or WhatsApp follow-up requires your separate permission.

Your contact choices

You give permission for an email response when submitting. The separate phone and WhatsApp permission is optional and unchecked by default. We will only use those channels for follow-up when you opt in. Submitting this form does not subscribe you to marketing.

Enquiry delivery and security

Our Vercel-hosted form sends your enquiry and attachments to sales@uteamwear.com using Titan Mail. Cloudflare Turnstile checks submissions for spam. These providers process the data needed to deliver and protect the service. Email records are retained as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting project. Files you share

Only upload information needed for the project. Do not include payment card details, identity documents, medical information or other sensitive personal data. Please have permission to share any logos, artwork and personalisation lists you send.

WhatsApp and external links

If you choose the WhatsApp option, a draft opens with the information you entered. Files are not transferred into that draft. WhatsApp, email providers and external platforms process information according to their own policies. You can also contact us directly without using the form.

Browser preferences and translation

The website may save your motion preference locally on your device. Search filters can appear in the URL so a catalogue view can be shared. Translated pages are served by this website; selecting a language does not send your enquiry to a translation service. No advertising pixels or analytics scripts are included in the site code. Hosting services may process connection information to deliver and secure the website.

To ask about your enquiry, change your contact preference, request correction or deletion, or raise a privacy question, email sales@uteamwear.com. Tell us enough to identify the relevant correspondence.
